Representative Thompson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Josephson: 2014-02-17 House Journal Page 1611 Page 4, lines 2 - 7: Delete all material and insert: "(A) make sales; (B) make contracts for sales, consignments, or shipments; or (C) obtain orders for service or the use of facilities for which consideration will be paid by the client or customer." Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Thompson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" HB 276 will advance to third reading on the February 19, 2014, calendar.
